Planning Your Rental Car Pickup and Return

Choose a precise location

Start with the place where you want to collect or receive the car. Select the correct location from the search suggestions rather than leaving an unconfirmed address in the field.

For a hotel, airport or large building, check that the selected place is the one you intend. The exact meeting point and handover instructions should be confirmed for your booking; a search location alone is not a meeting-point instruction.

Plan both ends of the rental

Choose pickup and return dates and times that reflect your actual plans. Allow time for the handover and any onward travel. The available times and rental price depend on the details you enter.

If you want to return the car somewhere else, enable the different-return-location option and choose that location too. Review any applicable delivery or collection charges before confirming.

Keep the handover information together

Save your booking confirmation, the confirmed pickup and return instructions, and ARACAR's contact details where you can find them easily. Review the documents requested for your rental ahead of pickup.

If you are arriving on a flight, ask what arrival information the team needs and how to contact them if your plans change. Do not assume a delay automatically changes the rental start or return time.

Contact the team when plans change

If you expect to arrive late, need a different location or want to extend the rental, contact ARACAR before the agreed handover or return time. Changes depend on availability and the applicable booking terms.

Before returning the car, check the agreed location and time, fuel conditions and any return instructions in your booking.
