For self-pickup bookings, we also include the pickup details and Waze/Google Maps links in the email sent to you once the car is confirmed.

Delivery and collection can be arranged for eligible rentals in Cyberjaya, Putrajaya and nearby areas, subject to the car, location and schedule. Enter the exact address when you search to see the applicable charges.

One-day rentals use self-collection and self-return at the branch. For a hotel or office handover, share the full building name and agree on the meeting point with our team before handover.

Yes. Many cars have lower daily rates for longer bookings, with separate rates for 7, 14, 21 and 28 days or more. Enter your full pickup and return dates when you search to see the total for your actual rental period.

Putrajaya is next to Cyberjaya and usually a short drive away. KLIA is roughly 30 to 40 minutes by car, and Kuala Lumpur city centre about 40 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic.

Foreign visitors should bring their original, valid driving licence. Holders of valid full licences issued by ASEAN countries can generally use those licences, with a certified English translation if the licence is not in English.

For non-ASEAN licences, prepare a valid International Driving Permit (IDP) together with your original licence. An IDP does not replace your driving licence. Contact ARACAR before booking if you are unsure whether your documents are accepted.

Malaysian renters should prepare their MyKad and valid driving licence. Foreign visitors should prepare their passport, original driving licence and the IDP or certified translation required for their licence.

Upload the requested documents through the booking process and keep the originals available for handover checks. These documents are used for rental verification and administration. Our team may request further verification where necessary; see our privacy notice for details.

The deposit depends on the selected vehicle and booking terms. Check the amount before confirming; it is separate from the rental charge.

Refunds are processed on the next Friday after your return date, following return checks and a review of any outstanding charges.

Basic vehicle insurance is included, but an excess can still apply. Optional CDW or SuperCDW may be available for your booking. CDW and SuperCDW can reduce the applicable collision-damage excess, subject to the rental terms, exclusions and incident-reporting requirements.

A damage waiver is not a separate insurance policy and does not remove every liability. Windscreen protection is separate, and tyres, lost keys and undercarriage damage are not automatically covered. Review the protection details for your selected vehicle before paying.

Tell ARACAR what your insurer requires before booking so we can check the documents and arrangement for your selected vehicle. Your insurer decides whether the rental and any claim qualify under your policy.

A signed rental agreement is normally finalised at handover after the driver and assigned vehicle are verified. You can review the standard rental terms before payment; booking invoices or receipts may also support your records.

Rental periods are based on 24-hour days. Beyond completed rental days, less than 4.5 extra hours is charged at the selected car's hourly rate. At 4.5 extra hours or more, one additional full rental day applies.

Use your actual pickup and return times when searching. If your plans change, contact ARACAR before the agreed return time to check an extension.

Contact ARACAR with your booking reference before changing your plans or extending the rental. Changes depend on availability, the rental schedule and any price difference. An extension does not necessarily recalculate the original booking at a new weekly rate.

Cancellations at least 72 hours before the rental start may qualify for a refund, subject to any non-refundable processing or administrative charges in the booking terms. Later cancellations, no-shows, missing required documents and unused rental days may be non-refundable. Review the applicable terms before confirming.

Any additional driver must be registered, meet the rental requirements and provide valid driving documents. Additional-driver charges may apply. Please arrange this with ARACAR before handover so the approved drivers are recorded correctly.
